Rennet casein
Extracted from skimmed milk using rennet coagulation, casein offers functional properties ideal for applications such as processed and analogue cheeses, where it provides the characteristic stretch and texture.
Whey Protein Isolates (WPI)
WPI contains a minimum of 90% protein on a dry matter basis. Low in fat and lactose, it is the ideal ingredient for formulations requiring high protein content, fast absorption, and easy digestibility — particularly in sports and clinical nutrition.
Whey Protein Concentrates (WPC)
Available with protein levels ranging from 35% to 80%, WPC offers excellent digestibility and rapid absorption, while also delivering valuable functional benefits including texturizing and foaming.
Native Serum Protein Concentrates (NS)

Milk Protein Concentrates (MPC)
