Eurimilk™ 50.3
A blend of dairy ingredients with 50% protein, designed to improve the quality of stirred yoghurts. A true alternative to milk powder, it provides consistency and creaminess in the mouth, reduces syneresis, and enhances shine and a mild milky taste.
Eurimilk™ 60.1
60% protein blend, ideal for many functional applications.
It has excellent emulsifying and stabilizing properties, enabling egg replacement, recipe improvement and replacement of certain additives (e.g. E471)
In dairy formulations, it limits the viscosity of protein-enriched products to facilitate processing while providing a creamy texture.
It also contributes to improving the nutritional value of any formula thanks to its protein content.
Eurimelt™ P3
Functional blend for pizza cheese analog, a ready-to-use ingredient enabling simple and efficient production in a cooker. It provides a firm texture suitable for shredding and good melting and stretching properties when heated.
