Our milk protein concentrate is obtained using a state-of-the-art membrane process. This physical, cold and chemical-free treatment preserves the functional and nutritional properties of the proteins.
Thanks to its composition combining soluble proteins, which are quickly absorbed, and caseins, which are slowly digested, our ingredient provides the body with a gradual supply of amino acids.
Providing both high–quality proteins and emulsifying and texturizing features, this concentrate is suitable for a wide range of applications, including nutrition and formulation of cheeses, desserts and dairy beverages.
