Eurial I&N at Fi Europe 2026: dairy ingredients, proteins and new applications

From 17 to 19 November 2026, the Eurial I&N teams look forward to seeing you at Fi Europe 2026, at Messe Frankfurt, to discover their ingredients and a range of concepts developed around their applications.
Sports nutrition, protein fortification, gourmet products or powdered mixes: come and see us at stand 30D43 to discover our solutions and discuss your formulation projects with our experts.
Fi Europe 2026: the global gathering for food ingredients
Fi Europe is celebrating its 30th edition this year. Since its inception in Utrecht in 1986, the trade fair has become one of the leading international events dedicated to food ingredients and innovation.
The 2026 edition will bring together more than 1,650 international exhibitors, 27,000 industry professionals from over 135 countries, and more than 25 national pavilions.
Over three days, manufacturers, R&D teams, formulators, buyers and innovation specialists will be able to meet and discuss the new solutions shaping the food and drink industry.
Once again this year, Eurial I&N will be present to share its expertise and showcase several of its dairy ingredients through practical concepts and applications.
Sports nutrition: new applications for milk proteins
The sports nutrition market continues to diversify. Beyond the powders and drinks traditionally associated with this sector, consumers are looking for convenient, tasty formats suited to different times of day.
To illustrate the possibilities offered by its milk proteins, Eurial I&N will be showcasing its MPC 85 and WPC 80.1 solutions, incorporated into a range of applications.
HAPPYFIT: a high-protein bar concept
Among the new products to discover at our stand, HAPPYFIT is a high-protein bar concept developed in partnership with SlimPack.
This application illustrates Eurial I&N’s commitment to going beyond simply supplying an ingredient, by working on its integration into formats tailored to the uses and expectations of the sports nutrition market.
MPC 85: exploring drink formats
The Eurial I&N teams are also working on new applications for the MPC 85, particularly in protein drinks.
Formulations are currently being developed and tested in-house by our R&D team to assess its integration into various drink formats.
This work is still at the exploratory stage, but it illustrates the diversity of applications being investigated for our ingredients.
WPC 80.1: a tasty application with CookieShake
The WPC 80.1, meanwhile, will be showcased through the CookieShake concept. This application explores another way of incorporating milk proteins into indulgent products, whilst striking a balance between nutritional enrichment, enjoyment and the consumer experience.

Protein enrichment: casein in everyday applications
Protein enrichment is no longer limited to sports nutrition. Today, it features in many everyday products, from snacks to baked goods.
At Fi Europe 2026, Eurial I&N will therefore be showcasing casein through four high-protein concepts: a cookie, a madeleine, a peanut butter and a cake.
These applications illustrate the possibilities for incorporating casein into different food matrices, whilst addressing a key challenge for manufacturers: balancing protein fortification, formulation constraints and the quality of the finished product.

Permeate: a wide range of food applications
Another ingredient in the spotlight at the stand: permeate, which is being explored across several food sectors.
Eurial I&N has developed, amongst other things, chocolate bars and caramel sweets. At the same time, the R&D teams are working on two other applications: an instant drink and a powdered sauce. As these latest developments are still ongoing, they primarily serve to explore new matrices and better identify the potential uses of permeate in various food products.
From ingredient to concept: supporting food innovation projects
Behind every ingredient lie very practical formulation challenges.
How can it be incorporated into a new recipe? In which matrices do its properties come into their own? How can we meet a fortification objective whilst preserving the expected characteristics of the final product?
It is precisely these challenges that the Eurial I&N teams work on every day.
The concepts presented at Fi Europe 2026 therefore enable us to put the ingredients into practice, test different applications and engage in discussions about our clients’ and partners’ projects.
This approach draws on our expertise in dairy ingredients, the work of our R&D teams and collaborations with specialist partners.
The aim: to transform an ingredient’s properties into solutions tailored to the constraints and opportunities of each market.
